5/17 CHEVROLET COLORADO, So as I have been reading about this favorite mid-size truck…2022 is going to have minor changes, however, 2023 is going to be Overhaul Redesign and re-engineering…This will be the third generation…  I have to say, that when this truck hit the streets with its kinda forward look, I really liked it… However, when I looked inside at the dash layout, I thought New Look, Sad Look… Now I have nothing against Chevrolet, in fact, if you have been reading my blogs I have been a Chevrolet man for soooo many years… However, to me, it just seems that they could have done better inside sooner than now later… I just love the look of the truck as it drives by… In fact, a neighbor purchased one and went and checked it out… It was even Red and I love that color on that truck… The folks that own it, just seem to be in love with it and I understand that how we fall in love with our trucks…!  As I began to build one from the Chevy website, it was really getting pricy, and especially if you added the 4×4 option. Oh my gosh, all the options for the bed, etc… If you keep clicking ad this & add that, you will be over the $40 without batting your eye… That may mean that you want a loaded mid-size truck, and that’s great… We love our trucks with all the options, and creature comforts, right…?  Last but not least, now it seems that they are now going to fix & update the outdated dash… Or at least that is what I am guessing, as they have announced a redesign & re-engineer of the Chevy Colorado for 2023..!  I am hoping to say, New Look, Great Look Both Inside and Outside For 2023…                                            ***********************************************************5-31 NEW From Hyundai… This ” little Mid-Size Truck” & it’s called ” Santa Cruz ” Yes as I mentioned in the 2022 news, The min-truck is being built on the Hyundai “Tucson” platform and yes it is going to be quite small, however, I am guessing that Hyundai is shooting at a nitch of truck buyers that likes the idea of having a bed behind them, even tho it is quite small I still think that Hyundai will hit the ” Nail on the Head ” with this vehicle. You see, Hyundai has had a few years to work the bugs out if any in this Tucson platform, and added many features and creature goodies, that I think this truck will become a winner for Hyundai… More detail.  Now about that bed: Hyundai has it stretching out between 48.4 and 52.1 inches, depending on how it’s configured. That’s about a foot shorter than in vehicles such as the Toyota Tacoma, Nissan Frontier, and Honda Ridgeline. And unlike conceptually similar (though not in scale) vehicles like the old Chevrolet Avalanche, there’s no way to extend the bed into the cab by folding down the second-row seat and bulkhead. The truckish nature of Santa Cruz will only go so far. The SANTA CRUZ worldwide debut launches an exciting new era for adventure-seekers, outdoor enthusiasts & do-it-yourselfers. It combines the flexibility of an open truck bed and the comfort of an SUV so you can easily load it up with gear and get to your next adventure. There’s seating for five, the capability of All Wheel Drive & advanced technology—all in one never-before-seen package. So here are the pkgs:          1-Reserve SE/ 2-Reserve SEL/ 3-Reserve-Prem & Last But Not Least..Here’s The Big One, and everything is included… If I was buying this truck, the Limited would be the one… The biggest reasons are more safety equipment and the air-cooled seats, only because of the extreme Arizona temps and those seats makes it soooo cool… Yes, I think this truck is just going to be just plain, KOOL…! Oh, yes you can reserve your new Santa Cruz on the Hyundai WebSite.. $100 deposit does the job, and then you become a Hyundai Santa Cruz Insider for so much information to come to your inbox…Yea…!       Please follow me for more information on mid-size trucks…    *********************************************************5-31 2022 Ford Ranger Redesigned, When the 2022 Ford Ranger came back in 2019, it showed up with a razor-sharp design that incorporated a circular front-end, sweptback front lights, and lots of options for an easy-to-customize seem. Inside, it boasted practically an infant-F-150 design with its several-spoke controls and angular Heating and air conditioning air vents, but its a lot more curved dash catered easier to the tiny-pickup market. This design will stay the same in the 2021 Ranger.                                                                          2022 Ford Ranger Lariat Colors & Redesign!  The2022 Ford Ranger Lariat mid-size pickup will likely get a new front-end redesign, of course.  If it’s nearly anything like whatever we noticed in a leaked out photo and the spy pictures, it’ll be a far more appealing option in the sector that also includes preferred options that are in competition with the Chevy Colorado & the Toyota Tacoma…Ranger Lariat  Engine 4/ 2022, by Ford…!            Contrary to the present truck, the after that 2022 Ford Ranger Lariat will be all-new from the ground-up. It is going to reveal a new platform with the very long-anticipated Bronco, which is expected after that year as a 2022 model and is rumored to acquire a new turbocharged V6 engine as well as a non-obligatory seven-speed handbook transmission. (The recent Ranger employs a turbocharged 2.3-liter inline-a number of.) Ford has proved with new data that the Bronco will receive a hybrid version, along with the F-150 obtaining electrified in the not too distant future, we are guessing that the Ranger is going to be, also.            ******************************************************* 6-6  2022 Ford Maverick, yes another Pick-Up Truck…  More information on this little guy/gal  ( Again ) If you can believe this… I having a hard time with this one… I just didn’t see this truck coming… But Yel, all of a sudden almost everyone needs a wheelbarrow in their yard             ( Driveway )… The word is out, it’s so great, easy parking and hauls a bag of mulch and some plants and etc… Let’s go buy one now, and they are half-price… That’s my definition… A little humor, right…?  However, we know what’s going on here, it’s let’s get on the ( Little Truck Wagon )… Just maybe we have struck gold… You know when the station wagon came out… Everyone just had to have one, maybe that’s where we are now… WOW, I guess I am showing my age… So here is some official info… The release date is June 8th on TikTok and other social media sites. The last time Ford sold a compact pickup in the USA, was way back in 2011 when the previous-generation Ranger was discontinued.  I know there’s a new Ranger on sale, but that’s bigger and more $$$. So here comes the Maverick, a truck that would be in a world of its own, at least For Now, where small pickups have basically just disappeared. Further south, though, it’s a completely different story, but we’ll get there, too.  We already know how the Maverick will look like because someone leaked a full-frontal photo of a pre-production unit at Ford’s factory. We also know it will be called Maverick because there are leaked images out there of the truck’s tailgate, which clearly has the word Maverick written on it. Another hint is the oval shape above the model’s name. Whatever the case, the Ford Maverick will be a unibody truck -almost like a car with the body & chassis as a single unit, unlike the Ranger and F-150, which are body on frame. Suspension-wise, it’s also like a passenger car and less like a traditional truck, with a rear setup that features coil springs and a twist-beam, as opposed to the more traditional leaf springs. This means that you probably won’t be able to carry a lot of stuff in the bed... Like I said, a bag of mulch, some plants & etc…  Almost like a wheel borrow… Right.. & almost everyone has one of them, right..?

.And about that bed, it will presumably be between 24 and 30 inches shorter than the bed on the Ranger, depending on the configuration. This means the Maverick’s truck bed will measure between 31 and 48.8 inches. By comparison, so you can get an idea of how small the Maverick will be. Maybe, more info to come as it becomes available…  Now stay Stay tuned…!  I think I know what’s going one here, it’s called a new Idea as I said before, but I think the company is called Hyundai and the Product is called: Santa Cruz ??? Much more to come…!   *********************************************************
