It all started with a handshake and a smile—back in 1987, when Oldsmobiles still lined showroom floors and deals were made face-to-face. I didn’t grow up dreaming of being in the car business, but I always knew how to read people and work out a deal that felt fair. That natural instinct, paired with a hunger to help others, pulled me into this industry.
The first car I ever sold wasn’t flashy. It wasn’t even brand new. It was a used sedan for a young couple expecting their first child. They didn’t have much money, and they were nervous, unsure of what they could afford, overwhelmed by dealership pressure. I took the time to listen to what mattered most to them—safety, reliability, and cost. I didn’t just sell them a car that day—I gave them peace of mind. And how their faces looked when they left? That was the moment I realized: this company went beyond just cars. It concerned people, their tales, and the distances ahead.
From that first sale, I made a promise to myself: every client I work with deserves honesty, real support, and a process that doesn’t leave them worn out or second-guessing.
