Hi this is Ken Nichols, & I am located in AZ. I have been helping folks with their Car, SUVs & Truck Shopping needs for over 36 years now. From my years as a Fleet Mgr. at one dealership in Scottsdale Az, which I was there for over 8 years. Then I was recruited by by another dealership in Gilbert, AZ., where I was the Fleet Director, and was there for 11 years. However after that, I decided that I still wanted to help my clients with their car needs, so stayed in contact with them, and did some advertising in different ways [ like my website, kencars.com ] to keep clients aware of my services. My way of doing business, is when a client contacts me, I make sure that I get all the details of exactly what they want me to find for them. Once that I have all the information, then I go to work. I do the research and find which dealership has the exact model, & check different stores for best prices. I then contact them, ask for a GMgr Flt.,Mgr, or Internet Mgr. Then I ask for their best selling price, after that I try to negotiate a much better price, and If the vehicle has been ” Loaded-Up With Dealer Adds ” I tell the Mgr, that my client does not want to pay for something added to the vehicle! Now most of the time I am successful in getting some or all removed. I sometimes, say well the other dealer on the other side of town doesn’t have a do that, so maybe I should call him back. So with my example, you can see that I go to work for you! So after being in the business for so long, I do have a business relationship with quite a few dealerships here in the Phoenix, valley. So after I get the total cost ” Out-The-Door “, then I ask them to send me their quote in a PDF file so I can share it with you the client. So they don’t need to go to the dealership, except to ” Test-Drive ” & Approve That it’s the right one, and that they have a great deal.
