Cars/ Trucks by Kencars & Friends...! I have been in the Auto Fleet & Retail Sales Business for over 30 +years... I have had the pleasure of taking care of two ex-governors of the state of Arizona... Also, a couple of movie stars, and many customers who were personal friends of the dealership owners & many professional basketball/ football players. My mission is, as it has always been, that the customer comes first and to treat them like you would want to be treated... My customers become like family... I have customers who have purchased 3, 4, or 5 or more vehicles over my 30+ years in the car business. I always finish my deals with the old fashion Handshake... My customers become my friends...! My goal is as it has always been & that is to save my customers time and money on any vehicle purchases that I have assisted you with... After 30 years + in the auto fleet & Dir position... Nowadays with all problems associated with the Microchip problems have turned the car business upside down for the manufacturers... They are scrambling just to keep it all going & in most cases, they are shutting down production for most plants around the country... Building some vehicles & leasing storage acre lots around airports and other locations, to wait for microchips... They bring the unfinished vehicles back to the factory to install the chips and send them on the way to the dealers...! With this situation in mind, it is very difficult to negotiate any discount on your behalf resulting from a short supply of vehicle inventory...! I will always give my best effort to you... However, on USED cars & Trucks, it is a different problem, or at least that is what I have found... Yes, when you (Customer) call for the vehicle, they will always ask you their inflated asking price...! They will try to close you however when I call and know who to ask for and what to say, I am usually able to get some kind of Discount for you…! I do work very hard for you & that means I just don't make one call...! It may take a phone call or two, but I will try to make it happen for you... The last used vehicle was in West Virginia, and I was able to save my cousin $2000+... So you see, anything is possible, you just have to work to make it happen...
